Meet Mark Palermo, TERC USA's Scenario Specialist.
You will find Mark working behind the scenes to create real life and competitive extrication scenarios. Mark has been a member with the Hagerman Fire Department for over 46 years. He was elected and served as a Fire Commissioner from 1990 - 2004, & 2017-2021. Mark was a Chief Driver for the Fire Department from 2004 - 2017. He has been a member of the Hagerman Extrication Team for 25 years and is a TERC Judge from 2012 - Present.
Mark was also a found member of the Hagerman Fire Deparment's Dive Rescue Team. Mark is also a Confined Space Rope Rescue Technician & Trench and Structural Collapse Technician.
He can also be found out back on Hagerman's training grounds as a Hands-on Instructor for auto extrication at Suffolk County Community College.
Mark was also responded with the Hagerman Fire Department as a First Responder on September 11th, 2001.
